Charades Challenge Terms of Use

Welcome to Charades Challenge. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Charades Challenge app and the Charades Challenge product pages operated by Rullit.

By downloading, accessing, or using Charades Challenge, you agree to these Terms.

Using Charades Challenge

Charades Challenge is licensed, not sold, to you for personal entertainment use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may use Charades Challenge only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the platform where you downloaded it.

Party Gameplay

Charades Challenge is intended for in-person group play. You are responsible for choosing appropriate players, settings, categories, and prompts for your group.

Players should skip any word, challenge, or round that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or unwelcome. Do not use the app to pressure, harass, endanger, or embarrass someone against their wishes.

Purchases

Charades Challenge may offer an optional lifetime Pro unlock through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

All billing, payment processing, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Charades Challenge to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Infringe another person's rights
• Attempt to interfere with the app, purchases, or platform services
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law

Intellectual Property

Charades Challenge, its design, branding, software, prompts, challenges, content, and related materials are owned by Rullit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Charades Challenge or its underlying software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Charades Challenge if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that may harm Rullit, other users, or the app's operation.

Disclaimer

Charades Challenge is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness of Charades Challenge for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Charades Challenge.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Charades Challenge after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
