Imposter Hint Terms of Use

Welcome to Imposter Hint. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Imposter Hint app and the Imposter Hint product pages operated by Rullit.

By downloading, accessing, or using Imposter Hint, you agree to these Terms.

Using Imposter Hint

Imposter Hint is licensed, not sold, to you for personal entertainment use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may use Imposter Hint only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the platform where you downloaded it.

Party Gameplay

Imposter Hint is intended for in-person group play. You are responsible for choosing appropriate players, settings, categories, clues, guesses, and conversation for your group.

Players should skip any category, clue, discussion, or round that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or unwelcome. Do not use the app to pressure, harass, endanger, or embarrass someone against their wishes.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Imposter Hint may offer optional Pro access through Apple's In-App Purchase system, including subscriptions or a lifetime unlock.

All billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Free trials and subscription pricing, if offered, are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Imposter Hint to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Infringe another person's rights
• Attempt to interfere with the app, purchases, or platform services
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law

Intellectual Property

Imposter Hint, its design, branding, software, prompts, hints, categories, content, and related materials are owned by Rullit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Imposter Hint or its underlying software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Imposter Hint if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that may harm Rullit, other users, or the app's operation.

Disclaimer

Imposter Hint is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness of Imposter Hint for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Imposter Hint.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Imposter Hint after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
