Called It! Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Called It! and its Rullit product pages. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Called It! is provided by Rullit for personal entertainment, including development and test versions.
Your license
The app is licensed, not sold. App Store downloads are subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license with Called It! gameplay, content, and purchase details; they do not replace it. Use the app in accordance with applicable law and the platform’s usage rules.
Playing together
Called It! is designed for 3–8 adults playing together on one device. Each featured player privately chooses an answer, and other players predict it. Each correct prediction earns one point; the featured player earns no point that round. Highest final score wins, with shared wins for ties. Scores and achievements have no monetary value.
Respect everyone’s privacy and comfort. Choose suitable questions, allow people to sit out, and do not use the app to harass, humiliate, threaten, or pressure others. Private handoff screens cannot prevent people from looking at or capturing a visible answer.
Free features and optional Pro
Classic games, the 30-question Everyday Mix, all player avatars, saved crews, favorites, history, stats, achievements, score sharing, and the Electric theme are free. Optional Pro unlocks Quick and Extended games, four additional question packs, custom-deck creation, editing, importing and play, and additional themes.
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. One host’s Pro access lets the group use Pro features on that device. The price and purchase terms appear in Apple’s purchase interface before confirmation; prices may vary by region. “Lifetime” refers to the Pro entitlement for this app, not a promise of perpetual platform compatibility, support, or availability.
Apple processes payment. To restore an eligible purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while online and signed into the Apple Account used to purchase. See Apple’s restoration guidance. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple under its terms and applicable consumer law.
Refunded or revoked purchases may remove Pro access. An active game can finish, and existing custom content remains stored and exportable, but starting new premium games or editing premium content requires valid Pro access. Deleting local game data does not remove your purchase.
Your custom decks and shared content
You retain ownership of the original questions and choices you create. You are responsible for content you write, import, export, or share, including having any permissions needed and respecting other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not include unlawful or abusive material. Rullit does not host a public deck service or review locally created decks.
Sharing and exporting create copies outside the app. Choose recipients carefully and keep your own backups of custom content you want to retain. Deleting a local deck cannot remove copies held by other people or services.
Rullit content and acceptable use
Rullit and its licensors retain rights in the app’s software, branding, artwork, and built-in questions. Do not redistribute them without permission, bypass purchase verification, interfere with platform services, or infringe others’ rights, except where applicable law permits.
Availability and updates
Features, content, compatibility, and availability may change through future updates. Development previews may differ from the final release. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date here.
Disclaimers and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, and Rullit is not responsible for player disputes or inappropriate conduct. To the extent permitted by law, Rullit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy and contact
Read the Called It! Privacy Policy for local data, sharing, and deletion details. For support or questions about these terms, email support@rullit.com.
