PROVE IT! Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PROVE IT! – Party Games (PROVE IT!) and its Rullit product pages. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Rullit provides PROVE IT! for personal entertainment. The app is licensed, not sold. Use it in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the platform from which you obtained it. The applicable Apple software license and Apple service terms also apply to App Store downloads and purchases.

Play fair and choose suitable content

Players judge spoken answers and decide what counts. Agree on the rules before a game, avoid duplicate answers, and use result correction before continuing when appropriate. Game results have no monetary value.

Choose categories appropriate for everyone playing. Awkward & Unfiltered is for adults aged 18 or older and requires explicit confirmation. Skip any prompt that makes someone uncomfortable. Do not pressure, harass, or endanger other players.

Free play and Pro

Showdown and its Starter prompts are available without buying Pro. Optional Pro is available through a Weekly Pro auto-renewing subscription or a Lifetime Pro one-time, non-consumable purchase. Both unlock the same Pro features. Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase.

Weekly Pro automatically renews unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Purchasing Lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel an existing Weekly Pro subscription; cancel it separately to stop recurring charges.

Lifetime refers to the Pro entitlement for this app, not a guarantee of perpetual platform support or uninterrupted availability.

Apple processes purchases and handles billing and refund requests under its applicable terms and consumer law. To restore an eligible purchase, use Restore Purchases while online and signed into the Apple Account used to buy it. Revoked or refunded purchases may remove Pro access.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with purchases or platform services, infringe others’ rights, or redistribute its software or content without permission except where law permits. Rullit and its licensors retain rights in the app’s software, branding, artwork, audio, and prompts.

Availability and changes

Features, content, compatibility, and availability may change through future updates. We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date on this page.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rullit is not responsible for player disputes or inappropriate conduct. To the extent permitted by law, Rullit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
